Self-Care: July video, Episode 3: What do you do for self-care?

We know you've been waiting, & here it is: all the things we do for self-care & why we do 'em! From weekly So You Think You Can Dance dates to weekday morning Judge Judy viewings to things unrelated to guilty TV watching, we each answer the question, "What do you do for self-care?"
