Spring Into Action!
September 20, 2010 Welcome back to authenticity month on Spring! I am excited to be your tour guide/social director/inspiration guru* this week (it's Carolyn!). And what better way to start off the week than with a fabulous announcement?! I love sharing fun and exciting news :).
During the month of October, we will be running a month long community event: Spring Into Action! Because the focus of Spring is on strengthening our community connections and inspiration, we think it's about time to move the conversations occuring on Spring out into the blogosphere! Are you ready to get involved (and receive fabulous blog prompts and challenges for free!)? We hope so!
We are so excited to begin this event that we want to start warming up... NOW! Below are the details. If you have any questions or suggestions, please leave a comment below and we will be sure to respond with more information and updates.
:: Spring Into Action: The Details ::
-> Respond to the weekly prompt on your blog (each prompt will be posted on Monday morning). Respond using any method you like! If you enjoy photography, utilize images as your response. If you enjoy writing, you could write a short response for your readers to think about. If you want to go on camera, film a little video by yourself or with others! Or try recording a mini-podcast focused on the prompt. If you're short on time or would like to hear what others think about the question, post this challenge for your readers to respond to in the comments or on their own blogs! The possibilities are endless and you will certainly create a beautiful ripple effect of inspiration!
-> If you plan to post about the prompt share your blog with others! Use Mr. Linky to Spring Into Action! You can post a general link to your blog and/or a link to your blog post on the specific prompt. This fun little tool will allow others to join your conversation. Love this idea! I was just wondering if it matters which day you respond to the prompt? I usually blog about home decor inspiration on Mondays. Anyway, I'd like to participate, it's always fun to take on a fresh challenge !
