Episode 4, Video 1: How can you trust that you can do what you love & the money will follow?

If you couldn't guess by the title of this episode, March's theme is all about MONEY! But before we dive in, let's reveal the winners of our February giveaways, who don't need money to buy these awesome prizes (like how I made that connection?)!:

Week 1 - 2 sets of Practice Kindness Window Cards: Meggy & Clara both win a set! Woo to the hoo!

Week 2 - A copy of The Happy Book: Congrats to Ashley!

Week 3 - Another set of Practice Kindness Window Cards goes to Kate!

Week 4 - Amanda wins the last set of Practice Kindness Window Cards! Yay hooray!

Guys, I gotta say we had great odds last month. Make sure to keep commenting this month, as 1 person will win 3 Bright Side necklaces designed by Jess LC for Carolyn's Compassionate Children!

Won't it be nice to keep one for yourself & give the other 2 away to the people you love/want to thank/think are awesome? (Please note that was a hypothetical question)

OK, back to the main event: the next Spring installment! We changed the look a bit (thumbs up? thumbs down? let us know!) & there is no more ringing - hallelujah & amen! Hopefully we've also solved The Case of the Sometimes Unable to be Viewed Video, but if you can't see it, please let us know. We're doing our best to get to the bottom of this!

So, without further adieu: How can you trust that you can do what you love & the money will follow?

Episode 3, Video 2: Who's In Your Tribe?

{UPDATE 02.11.10: We are so sorry that the videos haven't been working for many of you! We posted a video from a new source at the BOTTOM of this post-- if the one directly below isn't working, please try the one at the very bottom and let us know if that works for you! Again, we're so sorry, and we truly appreciate you putting up with our technical challenges!}

Yay for posting weekly videos! Aren't you guys glad that you have something meaty & juicy to sink your teeth to each & every Tuesday? No, I'm not talking about the weekly special at Kenny Rogers Roasters - I'm talking about Spring! While multiple feet of snow continues to get dumped in certain parts of the country & the weather is way below normal, we're bringing you some warmth in the form of the second support video. So kick back, relax, & cuddle up with those that support you -& if you don't know who they are, we'll help you figure it out. In this video, we talk about how to find your support system (both online & off), how to ask for support,  what to do with those supporters who don't reciprocrate, & even a personal (& scary!) challenge from Jess LC. When you're done watching the video, don't forget to read below it to find the direct links to stuff/people we referenced in this video, what this week's giveaway is, & other awesomeness (it's a Spring twitter account!). Then leave a comment to enter the giveaway! Geez Louise Louise,  we're making you work hard this week!

Additional Awesomeness:

We're now on Twitter! Yes, we are all super Twitterholics (we think that's how we all met, after all. We think.) & decided to open a Spring twitter account in additional to our personal ones. So, follow us at @SpringInspire! It'll be pretty & fun & a good time for all.

Week Two February Giveaway:

Comment on this week's video to win your own personal copy of The Happy Book! Really, I have to convince the other gals to let me enter. This is getting ridiculous.

    Michelle's Intro

Last but not least, it's the old lady!

After I taped this, I realized that, while I told My Story,  I left out all of The Basics! Here are my stats:

    • I grew up in Commack, Strong Island, hometown of Rosie O'Donnell & Bob Costas.
    • I went to NYU/Tisch School of the Arts & got my BFA in musical theater in just 3 years, graduating in 1999. I graduated from the International Coach Academy in June 2009 with my life coaching certificate & officially launched When I Grow Up, although I've been coaching since I started my training in 2007.
    • I'll be 32 on January 14th, & hope to launch my new updated website (complete with online scheduling, an event calendar, & free resources) then!
    • I just bought an apartment in Brooklyn with my husband, Luke, who I tricked into marrying me on Sept 14, 2008. I really love Brooklyn but am constantly getting lost, as it has street names instead of numbers (like I'n used to in Manhattan) & I have no sense of direction.
    • I consider Punky Brewster to be my fashion idol & the best role model an 8 year old girl could have.

I hope you enjoy the video! Please comment - I promise to answer every one!
